We have a very simple to use ticket system available for all customers to use, all you need to do is select the correct service you need support with, complete the small form, and give us as much detail as possible on your issue so we can resolve it as fast as possible!

We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours.

We aim to respond within 72 hours to any emails we receive, due to busy times this may take longer as we are a small team! If your matter is very urgent, feel free to give us a nudge on Discord.

If you are interested in a partnership with BMGHosting, we have all the necessary information, requirements, perks, etc. in our Discord Server. Please complete the short form in the information channel, and submit that form in a ticket. If you have any questions regarding partnerships, please feel free to ask us! We do mean that this is a partnership, and not a one sided agreement so each partnership may differ slightly.
