Can I rent my server for just 1 month?

Of course! You can rent the server for however long you like, as soon as you wish to cancel your service just let us know and we will sort that out for you!

What if I don't like the service?

If you are unhappy with your services let us know and we will do everything we can to help you! If you are still unhappy with our service, we offer a 3 day money back guarantee on all of our services!

Where can I access and control my server?

You can access your server on our panel which includes all functionality you will ever need for your server! All details are emailed to you upon purchasing one of our services.

What payment options do you offer?

Currently we only offer PayPal as a payment option, however upon request we can look into other options!

How long does it take to get our server?

Once we receive payment it will take up to 5 minutes for our system to send you your account information. As soon as you are sent the account information the server will begin to install.

Can we put our server into beta?

We are happy to set that up for you at no additional cost! We do not guarantee the same stability as the released version of the game as the version that is still in beta is going under testing however we can easily revert this back to the normal version with no problem! You can edit this in your startup tab!
